Across TCGA cell cohorts, SETD1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,960 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SETD1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with SETD1B in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD1B-to-partner and partner-to-SETD1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway grouped by SETD1B-low versus SETD1B-high in URINARY_TRACT.
