Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SETD1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,200 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SETD1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPH, SMU1, and HJURP. Each is linked with SETD1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD1B-to-partner and partner-to-SETD1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPH grouped by SETD1B-low versus SETD1B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETD1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETD1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
