Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SET RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,166 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SET-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC2B, CDK1, and EHMT1. Each is linked with SET in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SET-to-partner and partner-to-SET results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SET versus PRRC2B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SET→partner) and Y-score (partner→SET) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
