Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SET protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,811 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SET-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLE1, GTF3C4, and NUP214. Each is linked with SET in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SET-to-partner and partner-to-SET results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SET versus GLE1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SET→partner) and Y-score (partner→SET) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
