Across TCGA patient cohorts, SET mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SET-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Rad50, and EGFR. Each is linked with SET in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SET-to-partner and partner-to-SET results are reported.
