Across TCGA cell cohorts, SET RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,413 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SET-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination, Positive regulation of chromosome condensation, and V(D)J recombination. Each is linked with SET in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SET-to-partner and partner-to-SET results are reported.
