Across TCGA cell cohorts, SESTD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,793 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SESTD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process, Negative regulation of calcium ion transmembrane transport via high voltage-gated calcium channel, and Negative regulation of calcium ion transport. Each is linked with SESTD1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SESTD1-to-partner and partner-to-SESTD1 results are reported.
