SESN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SESN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,836 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SESN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOP14_S96, MAD2L1, and MPO. Each is linked with SESN3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SESN3-to-partner and partner-to-SESN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SESN3 versus NOP14_S96 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SESN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SESN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
