Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SESN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,236 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SESN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENDOD1, AMOT, and MPZL2. Each is linked with SESN3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SESN3-to-partner and partner-to-SESN3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SESN3 versus ENDOD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SESN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SESN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
