SESN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SESN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,240 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SESN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNVU1-28, MIR6765, and HMGB4. Each is linked with SESN3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SESN3-to-partner and partner-to-SESN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNVU1-28 grouped by SESN3-low versus SESN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SESN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SESN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
