Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SESN2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SESN2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SESN2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SESN2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, SKCM, and PRAD are the cancer types where SESN2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
