SESN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SESN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,374 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SESN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4K17, CYCSP33, and LLPHP1. Each is linked with SESN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SESN2-to-partner and partner-to-SESN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4K17 grouped by SESN2-low versus SESN2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SESN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SESN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
