SESN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SESN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,629 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SESN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAC1, ATF4, and YARS1. Each is linked with SESN2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SESN2-to-partner and partner-to-SESN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SESN2 versus CHAC1 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SESN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SESN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
