Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SESN2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 975 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SESN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTL5, CNTN4, and GPRC5C. Each is linked with SESN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SESN2-to-partner and partner-to-SESN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RTL5 grouped by SESN2-low versus SESN2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SESN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SESN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
