SERTM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERTM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,319 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERTM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNM, SYNM_S777, and TNXB. Each is linked with SERTM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERTM2-to-partner and partner-to-SERTM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERTM2 versus SYNM in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERTM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERTM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
