SERTM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERTM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,116 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERTM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE2E, CPSF7, and PELO. Each is linked with SERTM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERTM1-to-partner and partner-to-SERTM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE2E grouped by SERTM1-low versus SERTM1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERTM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERTM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
