Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SERTAD4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SERTAD4 data layer compared with 31 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher SERTAD4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SERTAD4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, KIRP, and KIRC are the cancer types where SERTAD4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
