SERTAD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERTAD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,956 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERTAD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNMT1_S714, AKT2, and NBEAL1_T906. Each is linked with SERTAD3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERTAD3-to-partner and partner-to-SERTAD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERTAD3 versus DNMT1_S714 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERTAD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERTAD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
