SERTAD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERTAD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,683 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERTAD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP15, BICD2_S823, and CLASP1. Each is linked with SERTAD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERTAD2-to-partner and partner-to-SERTAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERTAD2 versus UTP15 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERTAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERTAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
