SERTAD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERTAD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERTAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and ATM. Each is linked with SERTAD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERTAD2-to-partner and partner-to-SERTAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by SERTAD2-low versus SERTAD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERTAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERTAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
