SERTAD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERTAD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERTAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD66. Each is linked with SERTAD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERTAD2-to-partner and partner-to-SERTAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD66 grouped by SERTAD2-low versus SERTAD2-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERTAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERTAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
