SERTAD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERTAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,390 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERTAD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYGL, NRBP2_S209, and ANXA1. Each is linked with SERTAD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERTAD1-to-partner and partner-to-SERTAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERTAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERTAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
