SERPINI2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,256 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINI2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYND10, NPHP4_S142, and WDR35. Each is linked with SERPINI2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINI2-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPINI2 versus ZMYND10 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
