Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINI2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,919 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC14L2, GGT1, and ESS2. Each is linked with SERPINI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINI2-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINI2 results are reported.
