SERPINI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINI2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Shc_pY317, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with SERPINI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINI2-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by SERPINI2-low versus SERPINI2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
