The most reproducible SERPINI2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-translational protein targeting to endoplasmic reticulum membrane, Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition, and Response to hypobaric hypoxia. Each is linked with SERPINI2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINI2-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINI2 results are reported.
