SERPINI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,646 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PEBP1, DYNLL2, and HMGN5. Each is linked with SERPINI1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINI1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPINI1 versus PEBP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
