SERPINI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINI1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGAR, ASNS, and 14-3-3_zeta. Each is linked with SERPINI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINI1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIGAR grouped by SERPINI1-low versus SERPINI1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
