Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERPINI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,765 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINI1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ERAD pathway, Post-translational protein targeting to membrane, translocation, and Endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response. Each is linked with SERPINI1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINI1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINI1 results are reported.
