Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SERPINH1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SERPINH1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher SERPINH1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SERPINH1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
LUSC, PRAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where SERPINH1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
