Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,975 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERPINH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, P3H3, and P3H4. Each is linked with SERPINH1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINH1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPINH1 versus P3H1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
