Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,306 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCN4, PCOLCE, and COL1A1. Each is linked with SERPINH1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINH1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINH1 results are reported.
