Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SERPINF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SERPINF2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SERPINF2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SERPINF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, LUSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where SERPINF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
