SERPINF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,263 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR81, ZZEF1, and STX6. Each is linked with SERPINF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINF2-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPINF2 versus WDR81 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
