SERPINF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERPINF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VAX1, TAFA1, and MINAR2. Each is linked with SERPINF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINF2-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VAX1 grouped by SERPINF2-low versus SERPINF2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
