SERPIND1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPIND1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,009 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPIND1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF12, ZNF318_S2101, and CRYL1. Each is linked with SERPIND1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPIND1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPIND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPIND1 versus ARHGEF12 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPIND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPIND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
