Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPIND1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,599 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPIND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIPK2B, LYVE1, and MYCT1. Each is linked with SERPIND1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPIND1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPIND1 results are reported.
