SERPIND1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPIND1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,374 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPIND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5M4P, NSA2P4, and TTTY18. Each is linked with SERPIND1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPIND1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPIND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5M4P grouped by SERPIND1-low versus SERPIND1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPIND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPIND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
