Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERPIND1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,371 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPIND1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Behavioral response to pain, Negative regulation of RNA splicing, and Negative regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with SERPIND1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPIND1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPIND1 results are reported.
