SERPINB8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINB8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,733 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINB8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAST, TMX3, and MALT1. Each is linked with SERPINB8 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINB8-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINB8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPINB8 versus CAST in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINB8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINB8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
