The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher SERPINB6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SERPINB6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA and ESCA are the cancer types where SERPINB6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
