Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINB3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,996 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERPINB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT6B, KRT6A, and SERPINB4. Each is linked with SERPINB3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINB3-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINB3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPINB3 versus KRT6B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
