Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINB12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,937 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERPINB12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RP9P, LIN7C, and CHEK1. Each is linked with SERPINB12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINB12-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINB12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RP9P grouped by SERPINB12-low versus SERPINB12-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINB12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINB12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
