Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SERPINB10 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SERPINB10 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher SERPINB10 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SERPINB10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LSCC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, PDAC, and LSCC are the cancer types where SERPINB10 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
