Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINB10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,922 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINB10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of response to wounding, Response to ketone, and Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B signal transduction. Each is linked with SERPINB10 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINB10-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINB10 results are reported.
