Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINB10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,431 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERPINB10-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRB2, FPR1, and LILRA5. Each is linked with SERPINB10 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINB10-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINB10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPINB10 versus LILRB2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
