Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINB10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERPINB10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, PKC-b-II_pS660, and Chk2. Each is linked with SERPINB10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINB10-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINB10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by SERPINB10-low versus SERPINB10-high in UCEC.
