Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,679 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERPINB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA2, CLIC1, and SERPINB1_S72. Each is linked with SERPINB1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINB1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPINB1 versus UBA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
