Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,679 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA2, CLIC1, and SERPINB1_S72. Each is linked with SERPINB1 in more than 6 cancer types.
