The most reproducible SERPINA9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of antigen processing and presentation, Regulation of dendritic cell antigen processing and presentation, and Alpha-beta T cell differentiation. Each is linked with SERPINA9 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINA9-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINA9 results are reported.
