SERPINA9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINA9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,465 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINA9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZMYND19, CDC34, and UBE2S. Each is linked with SERPINA9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINA9-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINA9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZMYND19 grouped by SERPINA9-low versus SERPINA9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINA9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINA9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
